Fr Simon was appointed an Ecumenical Companion of Hereford Cathedral, representing the community in working locally to further Christian unity
At Evensong, as the Cathedral community celebrated Candelmas, Dom Simon was appointed an Ecumenical Companion. Fr Cadfan had been an Ecumenical Companion before him. Extracts from the Order of Service are below.
Belmont Abbey Organ is the second largest organ in the County of Herefordshire. It has 3 manuals (keyboards) and 54 stops and is second only to the organ of Hereford Cathedral (4 Manuals and 67 stops) - Belmont has the largest organ in our Catholic Diocese.
