The Sudden Death of Dom Alistair Findlay RIP

Very sad news. Fr Alistair collapsed outside his room this morning after Morning Office. Br Dunstan and our postulant John tried to resuscitate him and the paramedics arrived very quickly. Sadly he died in hospital soon afterwards. It is a great shock to everyone. Following his studies at Sant Anselmo he was settling into work on the Belmont Parish and was the Retreat Secretary and Procurator in the Monastery.

Dom Robert Igo OSB Elected President of the English Benedictine Congregation at Historic 100th General Chapter.
We were delighted to welcome back the Old Boys and Girls of the School to mark the centenary of its foundation.
It was wonderful to see so many people at the annual torchlight procession in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We also enjoyed an evening of wonderful magic and music with Fr Dominic and friends... all in a good cause.
