St Benedict asks us to "put nothing before the Work of God" referring to the Divine Office that we sing in the Church. Many guests come to share in our prayer, and we like to have sufficient books available, and have books that are fairly easy to use. (They can be complicated with all the seasons and saints days!)
Gradually we are renewing our office books and we have been buying new hymnals to replace those that gradually disappeared! If you can help, just £10 is the average price of each hymn book.
