Abbot Paul Visits Peru for a meeting of ABECCA

This was the 10th general assembley of ABECCA (Benedictine and Cistercian Association of the Caribbean and the Andes - Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and west coast countries from Venezuela to Bolivia) to which the Monastery of the Incarnation belongs. Fr Simon, Brs Alex and Jorge represented the community. Abbot Paul was there representing AIM (Alliance for International Monasticism - a group that particularly aims to help younger monastic communities in developing countries). This year's topic was Affectivity and Sexuality, particularly. in relation to monastic formation. The Abbot Primate and the Abbot of Worth were also there for the meeting. Abbot Guillermo of Guatapé was elected as Chair for next 3 years.
